Responsibilities

The Business Development & Analytics Intern will be responsible for assisting the day to day activities of the Director of Strategic Planning & Analytics as well as the Business Development Associate for our Luxury Residential business line. The purpose of this role is to perform research and analysis that is designed to improve business decisions that contribute to the growth of overall company profitability. The successful candidate will assist team members in conducting multi-sector, in-depth market research and intelligence gathering, with a specific focus on the Luxury Residential sector.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Performing research and analysis to support business operations.
  • Evaluating strategic actions to generate profitable growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying a network of key industry influencers that will enable revenue generating opportunities.
  • Research contact information for Architects and Designers via the internet and phone calls into firms.

  • Creating and maintaining a contact database.

  • Creating and maintaining a follow up schedule for business development.

Qualifications

  • Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a field that emphasizes quantitative analysis (e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics etc)
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience
  • Software applications: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Photoshop a plus
