Shawmut is looking for a Manager of Preconstruction Planning and Scheduling in the hospitality business line. The purpose of this role is to support the project teams and estimating efforts with planning and scheduling services. This role is responsible for providing support during the preconstruction phase (schedules, plans and presentations to the owner) and input for a $250+ million, multi-office business group.
RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows:
5+ years of construction experience
Complex project experience in hospitality or similar high end projects
LEAN construction experience preferred
Strong Presentation and proposal skills
Vast knowledge of all trades and all phases of the preconstruction processes: scope, time frames/field execution, typical missed scope/exposures, conceptual, final pricing/competitive bidding and market conditions
Construction related bachelor’s degree preferred
