  • Maintain calendar and/or daily schedules
  • Draft letters, emails, reports and other correspondence as required;  Coordinate and implement special projects; maintain confidential files;  attend staff meetings, take and distribute minutes and follow-up on action items
  • Arrange all travel and manage expense reporting
  • Prepare materials/presentations/reports before business trips and meetings
  • Coordinate meetings both internally and externally
  • Assist with Recruiting, New Hire Onboarding and Training set-up
  • Track performance appraisals and career planning conversations
  • Serve on committees as required
  • Train and onboard new Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants as required
  • Provide back-up to support to other group Executive Assistants
  • Communicate with managers and staff outside the department and across functions and other business units
  • May communicate with outside customers and vendors
  • Perform other related duties as required


  • 5+ years of EA/administrative experience
  • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record to work cooperatively and effectively with various personalities and levels of management/support staff
  • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize tasks with ease
