A Shawmut Project Executive takes on a leadership role for several project teams including: attaining profit goals for each project, working closely with project teams and achieving financial control on all projects. This individual also contributes to the development and execution of the Healthcare / Sciences strategies by seeking new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and focusing on growth strategies and market focus.
As a leader in the Healthcare / Sciences, the Project Executive supports the growth and development of project team members through; creating individual development plans for each member, establishing performance goals and conducting timely and meaningful performance evaluations, and promoting effective relationships internally, with subcontractors, vendors, and throughout the industry.
Seeking a candidate with 10+ years experience managing multiple project teams in the Healthcare / Life Science market in Boston.
