We are seeking Traveling Supers to join our team in 2024. Are you a builder who loves to travel? Shawmut provides our superintendents with the necessary support and resources to excel in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard.
Our superintendents are an integral part of the project team and become involved with projects during the preconstruction phase. As a senior member of the team, superintendents are also responsible for assisting in the professional growth of team members and maintaining relationships with clients.

NYC Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $185,000 The range stated is specific to New York City. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
