Responsibilities

The Quality Program Manager partners with project teams throughout the life cycle of a project to set and manage project quality objectives.

 

  • Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans.
  • Conduct inspections and evaluate work areas.
  • Prepare and maintain quality control documentation.
  • Identify and address quality control issues.
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Track and report on project progress.
  • Ensure adherence to Shawmut safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality control
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
