Responsibilities

In this position you will work alongside the Recruiters playing a key role in providing a high-quality experience for all candidates and internal clients while supporting the hiring process from start to finish. You will be responsible for providing strong administrative support on all recruiting related projects and activities as needed. You will assist the talent acquisition team to run more efficiently, and oversee logistics like interview scheduling and offer processing.

  • Place the candidate experience journey at the forefront of all decision making
  • Reserve conference rooms, schedule phone screens, onsite interviews and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers and interview teams
  • Schedule in person and virtual MS TEAMS interviews in Shawmut offices and offsite locations 
  • Manage candidate logistics during the interview process, interview day coordination: meet & greet candidates
  • Prepare/draft and track letters for offer, promotion and internal transfer
  • Submit pre-employment background requests; PI Assessments, and other pre-employment paperwork/procedures.
  • Work on special projects for the Recruiting team and support the recruiting function.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets, word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience with systems like ICIMS, Asurint and Linked-in is a plus.
  • Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility to be a change agent to make us all better
  • Aptitude to quickly pick up things, and learning agility to adapt to new approaches
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interface across all levels
  • Energetic, can-do attitude; ability to work both independently and within teams
  • BS/BA degree or 5 years of administrative experience
