Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and system testing efforts to support key corporate initiatives

  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms

  • Support project documentation and administrative tasks to keep initiatives on track

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input relevant data

  • Help identify and report system bugs or process inefficiencies during testing phases

  • Maintain organized records and contribute to the development of internal process improvements

Qualifications

  • Current junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Interest in data management, systems testing, and administrative operations

  • Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and databases; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
