  • Oversee coordination with site-based Quality Control (QC) and MEP teams to ensure all commissioning documentation, checklists, and test scripts are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Lead commissioning meetings and represent the project team in discussions with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on schedule, quality, and readiness.
  • Ensure readiness for energization and system startup by verifying completion of critical QC checkpoints and availability of required documentation and resources.
  • Direct the execution of functional tests and verification procedures to confirm system performance and operational compliance.
  • Support the development of commissioning plans for MEP systems, including testing protocols, inspection requirements, factory startup coordination, and owner training.
